One Glove Elite Development Centres 21/22

We will be delivering our One Glove Academy North East GK Elite Development Centre programme which starts in September and runs throughout the year.

These centres provide striving young goalkeepers who have engaged in our various programmes the opportunity to further develop within our unique structured and progressive elite long term player development training programme alongside their grassroots football.

This programme which is essential for young goalkeepers of all ages looking to take their game to the next level and continue in their footballing journey’s. The One Glove Academy coaching team have devised a unique high quality programme drawing from their experience of playing and coaching in the professional game from the first team and across all forms of youth levels.

The programme is devised to develop each goalkeepers individual skill set while working within a group, in line with the FA’s four-corner model for long term player development which includes short, medium and long term development goals across the year, working at Foundation phase (5-11’s) and youth development phase (12-16s) age groups.

All players will work through individual and group aims/objectives linked to age specific fundamental coaching topics across the FA’s Four corner model – Technically (Tactically), Physically, Socially and Psychologically.

This training programme will provide further challenge to striving players and is fundamental in working towards reaching their full potential and maximising enjoyment.

The 2021-22 GK Development Centre Programme is a package priced annually at £250.00 which includes:

• 32 sessions across the year running in line with school academic terms.
• Sessions are delivered on a Thursday evening or Saturday morning (subject to availability). First session starts Thursday 9th/Saturday 11th September. Full calendar will be provided upon start date.
• Entry into a prize draws for One Glove prizes.
• End of programme presentation.
• 2 Individual Player reviews during the development centre programme.

To cancel the membership you must give 2 months notice. If any sessions are cancelled due to bad weather, we will look to re-schedule these if possible. If you are interested in joining the programme, please complete the Registration Form, highlighting the day you would like to attend. We will be working on a first come first served basis, so don’t delay.

All goalkeepers that attend the development centre must wear One Glove goalkeeper gloves at all times, if you don’t have any One Glove’s, these can be bought at a discounted rate from our online shop.

Can’t get enough football?? For the 2021/22 season we are introducing the option to join us for both Thursday evening and Saturday morning sessions each week. This extra day addition to your footballing calendar is available at an additional reduced price of £125 for the season. To take advantage of this offer, please choose ‘Both Sessions’.
